Obituary for Brittany Chantal (Hoydick) Kohan
Brittany Chantal Kohan, age 35, of Shelton, beloved wife of Ross Jacob Kohan passed away suddenly March 30, 2022.
Brittany was born April 5, 1986, in Bridgeport daughter of Frank Hoydick and his wife Carole and Cheryl (Strich) Hoydick and was a lifelong area resident.
She was universally loved by all she knew. Brittany was a devoted mother, daughter and wife. She enjoyed the arts and dancing. She was a wonderful cook and looked forward to preparing her meals for all holidays. Holidays were very special to her, including matching flannel pajamas for the whole family and much more. Family was everything to her.
In addition to her husband and parents, she leaves behind her three cherished children, Liam Frances Kohan, Stella Eve Kohan and Leonardo Elijah Kohan, maternal grandmother, Edith Kelb, as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service celebrated by, Deacon John Piatak on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford.
Friends may visit with the family Monday morning before service time from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
