Obituary for Dennis P. Vane
Dennis Peter Vane, age 70, of Easton, CT, beloved husband of Lisa (Toth) Vane, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 in Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 10, 1948 in Bridgeport, son of the late Samuel and Caterina (Katherine Supersano) Vane and had been a lifelong area resident.
Dennis received his B.S. from The University of Bridgeport and his Master’s Degree in Computer Science at Polytechnic Institute of New York University, NYC and retired as Senior Software Director for Dassault Systemes LLC. He was a talented musician, enjoyed sailing on his boat, going on vacations and spending time with his daughters Jena and Katie (Katherine).
Survivors, in addition to his wife Lisa, include his two daughters, Jena and Katie Vane; three siblings, Beverly Boivin, Robert Vane and Cathy Chisholm; his in-laws Shirley and Richard Toth and several nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family, Interment and Celebration of Life Ceremony will be private.
