Obituary for Douglas S. Donaldson, III
Douglas S. Donaldson III, age 64, of West Haven, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 in Waterbury Hospital. Doug, son of the late Douglas S. Donaldson II and Lillian (Burke) Ferraiolo was born February 26, 1958, in New Haven, CT and was a lifelong area resident.
Doug was a gifted carpenter who was able to envision a project before it even began. He loved joking around and had an infectious laugh. Doug was never too busy to fix things around the house or offer his help to those in need. Doug had an enduring love for his mom that lasted through the years.
He is survived by his siblings, Lillian Steeves, Damond Donaldson, Darryel Donaldson (aka Spyde), Juanita Rogers, Charlie Ferraiolo and his wife Fran, Peggy Donahue and her husband John; several nieces and nephews: Ed Husted and his wife Jennifer, Alethea Husted, Jay Donaldson, Spencer Donaldson, Christina Donaldson, Carrie Donaldson, Aaron Donaldson, Amber Rogers, Jake Ferraiolo and Jenna Ferraiolo.
