Obituary for Gifton Olando Brown
Gifton Olando Brown, age 43, of Stratford, previously of Jamaica, beloved husband of Shauna (Campbell) Brown passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in Norwalk Hospital. Mr. Brown was born December 27, 1971 in Lambs River, Westmoreland, Jamaica, son of Delroy and Lucinda (Johnson) Brown. He was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Aurora Senior Living in Norwalk, and Fairview of Fairfield, where he took great pride in treating his patients with care and respect. Gifton always had a smile, he loved life and his family. He could find the good and the humor in everyone and everything. Survivors, in addition to his beloved wife, include his three children Mikhail, Shenelle and Malika; one sister Ilene; four brothers Erron, Huean, Rohan and Anthony; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 30 Bonnie View Drive, Trumbull, CT 06611. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may visit with the family Friday, February 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the William R.
