Obituary for Jessica Kathleen (Brady) Baez
Jessica Kathleen Brady Baez, age 44, of Bridgeport, loving wife of Hector Baez, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022. Mrs. Baez was born March 13, 1978, in Fort Ord, CA, daughter of Donald Brady and Carol (Slocum) Walters and stepdaughter of Chet Walters.
Jessica was a retired waitress from local restaurants. She was a voracious reader and enjoyed completing crossword puzzles. The beach was one of her favorite places and she loved to cook and spend time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors in addition to her parents, include her children, Sean, Kayla, Dejanae and Joshua and stepchildren, Hector, Elsa and Monica; her siblings, Jason Brady, Kelcie Knowles, Shannon Walters and stepbrother Christopher Walters; and her grandparents, Robert and Ida (Sliney) Slocum.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service officiated by Reverend Edward Rawls on Saturday May 14, 2022, at 2:00 pm by meeting directly at the First Congregational Church of Stratford, 2301 Main St, Stratford, CT 06615.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the: Bridgeport Rescue Mission, 1088 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06605.
