Obituary for Karlis Eltermanis
Karlis Eltermanis, age 35, of Bridgeport and previously of Latvia, died suddenly September 12, 2021. Karlis was born October 20, 1985, in Sigulda, a town in the Vidzeme Region of Latvia, son of Vera Vasara and the late Elmars Eltermanis.
He emigrated here in 2016 from Latvia and became a successful self-employed roofer/carpenter. In his free time he enjoyed life, riding his motorcycle, and especially enjoyed fishing, working on his motorcycle and his cars. Karlis was a great friend to all and was always there to help people. He always had love for everyone.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his six siblings, Janis, Edgars, Kristaps, Ilze, Liene and Kristine, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Aivars.
