Serving Our Community Since 1951Kyle Thomas Gleason, age 35, of Shelton, beloved husband of Sarah (Naclerio) Gleason, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Kyle was born October 6, 1987, in Bridgeport, son of Robin (Gibbons) Gleason and the late Kevin Gleason and had been a lifelong area resident.
Kyle thoroughly enjoyed playing board games with his wife, friends, and family. He liked to paint miniature figurines and watch many YouTube videos relating to his hobbies including board games, video games, and tabletop RPGs. He loved to watch movies and TV shows such as “Game of Thrones”. His favorite movie was “There Will Be Blood” starring Daniel Day Lewis. He also loved to make references to movies and shows with those around him to make them laugh and brighten their day. He was a kind and considerate soul that cared deeply about his family, and his calm and charming demeanor helped everyone he ever spoke with feel comfortable and heard.
He was currently employed as a Customer Service Representative for Valley Tools. Kyle had also made lifelong friends at previous jobs at The Home Depot and Sears Hardware. Kyle used to be a reserved individual, but these relationships helped eventually make him more sociable and turned him into the outgoing and compassionate person all of us know and love.
Survivors, in addition to his wife and mother, include his brother Scott Gleason and his wife Dianna; two nephews, Logan and Colin Gleason and his adored cats, Tina and Grey.
All are invited to attend a celebration of his life on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St. Stratford, CT 06615.
