Obituary for Louise (McEnany) Babis
Babis - Louise (McEnany) Babis, age 89, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Stephen Babis, entered eternal life Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Bridgeport Health Care. Mrs. Babis was retired from Avco Lycoming and was born August 31, 1924 in Walden, New York, daughter of the late Harold and Katherine (Bell) McEnany and had been a lifetime Bridgeport area resident. Survivors include her five children, Al Poremba and his wife Marge, Katherine Pisanelli and her husband Frank, Sandra Manning and her husband Richard, Susan Liskiewitz, and Robert Babis and his wife Jean; seven grandsons; three granddaughters; eight great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Raymond and Stephen Babis. Services and burial are private. There are no calling hours.
