Obituary for Lynne (Gabriele) Komondy
Lynne (Gabriele) Komondy, age 74, of Seymour and previously of Bridgeport, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018. Mrs. Komondy was born in the Bronx, June 29, 1944, daughter of the late Louis and Clara (Hagopian) Gabriele and had been a lifetime Bridgeport resident before her recent move to Seymour to be with her son.
Lynne was retired from American Frozen Foods and cherished her family, especially her grandson, Connor.
As in life she would never say goodbye, instead she would say, “I’ll see you later,” and her family looks forward to seeing her later.
She is survived by her devoted son William Todd Komondy and his partner Dawn; her adored grandson Connor James Komondy; brother Harry Gabriele and his wife Annmarie; sister, Letizia ‘Lee” Canning; her longtime partner, Karl Koch and many nieces and nephews including her special niece, Deb-Deb.
She was predeceased by her dear friends, Kathy & Irma.
The family would also like to thank her caregivers, Annette and Kelly for their professional and compassionate care.

Friends are invited to attend her funeral service celebrated by Deacon John Piatak on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford, Ct 06615. Interment will be private.
Friends may visit with her family Friday before service time from 5:00 p.m. to 700 p.m.
