Serving Our Community Since 1951Marion was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and enjoyed playing cards, bingo nights out, crossword puzzles, polka music, and the Wheel of Fortune.
Survivors include her loving children, Christian M. Reuther Jr. and his wife Wendy of Stratford, Sharon Bryce of Shelton, Mildred Reuther of Shelton, Linda Reuther and her fiancé Gary Evon of Seymour, Kevin Reuther and his wife Celeste of Florida; her brother, Andrew Moyher and his wife Betty of Seymour; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her grandson Allan Bryce, and eight brothers, Joseph and Charles Bristol, and Daniel, Edmund, Raymond, Richard, Stephen and William Moyher.
The family would also like to express deep thanks to Rosemary for her compassion, kindness and care of their mother in her time of need.
Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service officiated by the Reverend Meg Williams on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the William R., McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford. Interment will follow in Nichols Farm Burial Ground. Friends may visit with the family Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made through the funeral home for a trust being set up in her memory.
