Serving Our Community Since 1951She was a retired secretary for John Hancock and Yankee Gas. She was a loyal Joe Namath and Neil Diamond Fan, an avid reader and loved animal, and was a supporter of many animal causes and charities.
Survivors include two brothers, Richard and John Klaff, both of Stratford; her niece and nephews, Lynne Litvyn and her husband Gregory of Guilford. Howard Veillette and his wife Kim of Rochester, NY and Dennis Veillette of Milford and her two grand nephews, Gavyn and Gregory Litvyn. She was predeceased by her sister, Katherine Veillette.
Friends are invited to attend her funeral service celebrated by Deacon Timothy Bolton on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St, Stratford. Interment will follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Stratford.
Friends may visit with her family Tuesday morning before service time from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
