Obituary for Richard D. Schirillo
Richard D. Schirillo, age 44, of Stratford, beloved fiancé of Melyssa Pare, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018. Richard was born April 17, 1974 in Bridgeport, son of Bernadette (McGuire) Schirillo and the late Richard D. Schrillo Sr. and had been a life time area resident.
A Carpenter by trade, Richard was an avid Sports enthusiast and enjoyed watching his “how-to” programs.
Survivors, in addition to fiancé and mother, include his nephew, Christopher and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his sister, Irene Schirillo.
Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford and at 10:30 a.m. in St. James Church for a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment will be private.
Friends may visit with his family Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
