Obituary for Robert Daccolti
Robert Daccolti, age 36, of Bridgeport passed away suddenly Thursday, October 21, 2021, in Bridgeport. He was born May 26, 1985, in Bridgeport, son of the late Anthony and Nancy (Sher) Daccolti.
Robert was a self-employed truck driver for various companies, His love for animals was unconditional. Robert loved family get togethers. Most of his time was spent with his brother Tony Daccolti and his wife Melissa. He was always very protective and proud of his baby sister, Chelsea Nolan. Robert’s imagination to write and draw was impeccable. He wrote many short stories and drew many portraits of the things he saw to be beautiful.
Robert always would lend an ear to whomever he met and listen to their stories. He wanted everyone to feel love and compassion.
Survivors include his siblings, Anthony Daccolti and his wife Melissa, Diane Buraszeski and her husband Tony, Denise Rutledge Sperduti, Margo Daccolti and Chelsea Nolan and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles
In addition, Robert leaves behind many lifelong friends whom he considered family. There are too many to list all, but to name a few, Frank Palumbo, Debbie Corica, Sarah O'Brien, Joshua Works and brothers, Paul, Frank, Eric and Travis Rutledge.
Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday November 5, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford.
Interment will be private.
Friends may visit with his family Friday before service time from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
