Obituary for Robert Sumner Beale
BEALE - Robert Sumner Beale, age 88, of Milford and previously of Stratford, beloved husband of Marilyn Jean (Ibbs) Beale passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in Milford. Mr. Beale was born in Bridgeport, July 1, 1926, son of the late Alfred and Emma (Sumner) Beale and had been a life time area resident. He was a United States Navy veteran and the retired Chief Financial Officer. Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, Richard Beale of North Carolina and Gary Beale of California and four grandchildren, Erin, Robert, Christina and Garrison Beale. Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. by meeting directly in Union Cemetery, Temple Court Stratford. All other services are private.
