Obituary for Ruth Fitch-Rolanti
Rolanti-Fitch - Ruth (Plummer) Fitch Rolanti, age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Middlebrook Farms Trumbull. She was the widow of Eldon Fitch and Victor Rolanti. She was born in Mineola, Long Island on December 21, 1923 to the late Edmund and Rose Plummer. Ruth is survived by four children, and their spouses, Thomas and Kathleen Fitch of Stratford, CT., Mary and Daniel Reilly of Enfield, CT., Ruth and Michael Quah of Farmington Hills, MI., and Margaret and William Yu of Hong Kong. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two sisters and one brother in Pittsfield, MA., and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by and infant daughter and one sister. All Services will be private. The family requests that memorial donations be made to VITAS Innovative Hospice, 99 Hawley Lane, Stratford, CT 06614.
