Obituary for Shirley M. Provo
Shirley M. Provo, age 84, beloved wife of the late Pearley Provo of Milford and formerly of Stratford, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 in Maefair HCC, Trumbull. Born in Proctor, VT, daughter of the late William and Minnie (Steel) Ryan, she was a longtime area resident. Shirl loved spending time with her family and enjoyed crossword and word-search puzzles. She is survived by four sons, Peter and Cruz Provo, John Provo, Robert and Sherri Provo and Pearley Provo; one sister Pat Bruce; ten grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a son Dickie Provo. Private services and burial took place Thursday, July 10, 2014. To help the family with expenses, donations may be made in Shirley’s memory to the William R.
