Obituary for Stephanie Brianne Sullivan
Stephanie Brianne Sullivan, age 38 of Milford, formerly of Naugatuck, loving partner of Ryan P. Donaldson, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023, in Yale New Haven Hospital after a courageous seven month battle with gallbladder cancer. Stephanie was born June 10, 1984, in Bridgeport, daughter of Daniel and Danelle (Kelly) Sullivan Jr., and had been lifetime area resident.
Stephanie loved life and was a graduate of Foran High School and Housatonic Community College. She was a long time employee of the State of CT, Bridgeport Superior Court as a Court Reporter. She enjoyed her time with her partner, Ryan and her dogs, extensive traveling especially visiting her friends in New Orleans often and hosting gatherings with family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time at the beach. Stephanie was an avid connoisseur of fine dining and farm-to-table events.
Survivors, in addition to Ryan and her parents, include her siblings, Kelly Sullivan and her husband Justin Carfo and Daniel Sullivan and his wife Alysha; two nephews, Wyatt and Gavin; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Dorothy Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Lucille Sullivan Sr., extended family and her beloved dogs, Tessie and Buddy.
The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Smilo Cancer Center in New Haven for their professional and compassionate care.
Family and friends are invited to attend her service celebrated by Deacon John Piatak on Friday, June 9, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford.
Friends may visit with her family before service time from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Interment will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Milford.
