Obituary for Susan E. Cox
Susan E. Cox, age 68 of Stratford, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 18, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Norwich January 28, 2013 daughter of the late Peter and Anita Hospod, Susan resided in Stratford the past 13 years. She was a graduate of Eastern CT State University with a BA degree and Sacred Heart University with a Master's Degree. She was a former fourth grade teacher for the Norwich School System, Director of Human Resources with Teledyne and a sales associate with Barnes and Noble Book Store. A published author she wrote the novelette “A Child of Air.' Susan loved to cook and was a loving and devoted Mom and Grandma. Survivors include two sons Jeremy Cox of New Haven and Michael Cox of Stratford; one sister Louise Littlefield; two grandchildren Michael and Sonya; two nephews and one niece. Friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Sunday April 28, 2013 from noon to 3 pm at the Harbor View Woods at 62 Harbor View Pl., Stratford, CT 06615.
