Obituary for Thomas J. Bufalini
Thomas J. Bufalini, age 63, of Stratford, CT, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 1, 2017 surrounded by his family. Thomas (Tommy) was born on October 12,1953 in Bridgeport, son of and Irma (Ferrari) Bayus and the late Joseph Bufalini.
In addition to his father, Thomas was predeceased by his stepfather, Milan Bayus, whom he loved like a father. He had been a lifetime area resident.
Tom was a retired machinist and enjoyed working with electronics, especially building computers from scratch, each one bigger and better than the last.
Survivors include his two daughters, Nicole Massella (Richard) and Stacy Murphy (Sean); four grandchildren, Nicholas, Brandon, Emma and Chloe and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Viewing and visitation for close family and friends will be on Thursday afternoon, May 4, 2017 at 4:30 pm, followed by a prayer service celebrated by Deacon Timothy Bolton at 5:30 pm in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St, Stratford. Interment will be private.
The family would like to thank the VITAS hospice unit at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury for their exceptional care.
