Obituary for Victoria Lynn Koetsch
Victoria Lynn Koetsch, age 20, of St. Cloud, FLorida, formerly of Ansonia, CT and Stratford, CT, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in the Osceola Medical Center Kissimmee, Florida with her family at her bedside from injuries sustained while crossing the street on her way to work Monday morning.
Tori was born in Bridgeport August 21, 1995, beloved daughter of Christopher and Lisa Marie (Rennie) Koetsch and devoted sister to Taryn and Zachary.
Tori was a graduate of Ansonia High School. She attended classes at the Stratford Academy of Dance, acting classes at John Robert Powers, she was her beehive class president; a venturing scout, a member of the Ansonia High School Chorus, and was "Marty" in the school's presentation of "Grease".
She was a sweet child that grew into a lovely lady, beautiful inside and out.
Survivors, in addition to her beloved parents, include her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Grace (Allen) Rennie, paternal grandparents, Turney (Conklin) Koetsch and Bernard E. Koetsch and his wife Betsy; aunts and uncles, Michele and her husband Alex and their daughter Briana, Heather, Erika and her husband Mark; great-uncle Bud and cousins, Joseph, Nicholas, Michael and twins Spencer & Joshua. She also leaves behind her longtime boyfriend, Craig Zgraggen.
Tori was predeceased by her uncle Bernie Koetsch.
Services will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2821 Old Canoe Creek Road, St. Cloud, FL 34772. Tori will then be laid to rest with her beloved great-grandmother in St. Luke & St. Peter Memorial Garden, St Cloud, Florida.
Locally, in addition to a memorial service to be announced, a candlelight vigil is planned for Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. on Nolan Field, 350 Wakelee Ave, Ansonia, Connecticut 06401, (Snow date will be Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.)
