Obituary for William E. Wellington III
William E. Wellington III, 54, of Milford, CT. passed away at Connecticut Hospice on May 6, 2013. William was born in Bridgeport, CT., on March 6, 1959. He was married 27 years to Janice (Klesper) Wellington. William was a machinist and toolmaker for 30 years, employed by Howell Corporation in Stratford. Most recently employed as a quality inspector at Northeast Laser in Monroe,CT. Throughout his life, he actively assisted his mother , herself a Scout Leader, for many years with various activities, sponsored by the Girl Scouts of America. His special hobbies included camping, hiking, fishing, playing his guitar and riding his Harley Davidson with his wife. Most importantly, Bill treasured his family and friends and loved them dearly. Additionally, he was a friend of Bill W's for over 24 years. Pre-deceased by his mother, Barbara (Kleiner) Wellington and his father, William E. Wellington, Jr. He was survived by his wife, Janice, His 3 children, Krissy Broga, Timothy Wellington, Kimberly (Wellington) Wilson, and her husband, David Wilson, Jr. Grandchildren : Slade Broga and Taylor Wilson. Sisters: Debra Moyher and husband Edward, Mary Montanaro and husband Joseph. Sister In-laws: Carol Panagiotopoulos and husband James, Debra Bachman and husband Stephen. Brother In-law: Frederick Klesper and wife Wanda. William also had 10 nephews and 3 nieces. Memorial Service to be held at The Stratford United Methodist Church at 2600 Main Street, Stratford, CT., at 11:00 a.m. on Friday May 10, 2013.
