Obituary for David W. Booth
BOOTH - David William Booth, age 64, of Ansonia, beloved husband of Debra (Brickey) Booth, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. Mr. Booth was born March 4, 1952 in Bridgeport, son of the late Milton and Blanche (Blais) Booth and had been a lifetime area resident.
Dave worked at St. Vincent's Medical Center for over 31 years and was an avid Soccer and NASCAR fan. He also enjoyed monster trucks, fishing, watching detective shows and spending time with his family.
Survivors, in addition to his beloved wife, include his children, Rosemarie Booth and John, Robert and William Boutwell, all of Ansonia; five grandchildren, Lawrence, Angelina, Nickolas, Randall and Anakin; four brothers, Henry Booth, Daniel Booth, William Booth and Thomas Booth and his wife Robin; one sister, Darlene Fritz and her husband John and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Booth.
Friends are invited to visit with his family on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St, Stratford. A celebration of his life will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made through the funeral home.
