Obituary for Viola Marie DeRosa
Viola Marie DeRosa, age 91, of Stratford entered eternal life peacefully Friday October 11, 2013 in her home. Miss DeRosa was born in Bridgeport March 12, 1922, daughter of the late Leonard and Louise (Morelli) DeRosa and had been a life time area resident. She was a retired Corporate secretary with General Electric, Bridgeport. She was also a member of St. Mark’s church and active with the Ladies Guild. She was devoted to her family which includes her brother Leonard DeRosa with whom she resided; three sisters Louise Gray of Fairfield, Gloria Georgette and Dolores DeRosa both of Stratford and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother Pasquale DeRosa and a sister Antoinette DeRosa. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 11:30 am in St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam La., Stratford.
