Obituary for Frank Guglielmo, Sr.
Frank Guglielmo, Sr., age 74, of Oxford, beloved husband of Sandra (Colangelo) Guglielmo, passed away Sunday morning, May 6, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Guglielmo was born June 6, 1943 in Bridgeport, son of the late Francesco and Mariana (Bruno) Guglielmo and had been a lifetime area resident.Â
He was the retired part owner operator of Township Auto Sales in Stratford. Â He was a black belt in karate, an avid bowler, enjoyed fixing cars and tinkering with other equipment. He enjoyed relaxing at home and spending time with his family.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include his two sons, Frank Guglielmo and his wife Jillian and James Guglielmo; his adored granddaughter, Franchesca; his sister-in-law, Glenda Guglielmo; brother-in-law, Anthony Colangelo and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother and sister, Anthony Guglielmo and Florina Pomarico.
Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford. Interment will be private. Friends may visit with his family Friday before service time from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
