Obituary for Hector R. Fontan
Hector R Fontan, age 76, of Stratford, CT, died peacefully in his sleep Monday morning May 25, 2015. He was a printer by trade, an independent condenser contractor and a custodian later on, working until age 75. He was a NY Mets fan and would never turn down an ice cold beer. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Hector is survived by his wife of 27 years Mary E. Fontan; his son Hector A. Fontan of Naugatuck, CT; his two daughters, Doris Rodriguez (Harold) of Pembroke Pines, FL and Samantha H. Frost (Tony) of Kittery, ME; two grandchildren, India and Thalia Rodriguez of Florida and two brothers, Juan Fontan and Jorge Fontan of Waterbury, CT.
