Obituary for Irene (Papcun) Reaney
REANEY – Irene S. (Papcun) Reaney, age 89 of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Donald Reaney, peacefully entered eternal life November 28, 2015 in Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford, CT. Irene was born December 20, 1925 in Stratford, daughter of the late Andrew and Susan (Jacko) Papcun and had been a lifetime area resident.
Survivors include her three children: Jeffery Reaney and his wife, Gabriella, of Stratford, Pamela Mangan and her husband, Joseph, of Wallingford, and Holly Scott and her husband, David, of New Hampshire; and, five grandchildren: Lauren Demchak, Michael Demchak, Samantha Scott, Andrew Scott and Brianna Marcucio.
A brief wake will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. followed by her funeral service at 10:30 a.m. in the in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St, Stratford. Interment in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield.
